For years, I thrived in the world of sound design, crafting audio magic for advertisements and corporate videos. But life took an unexpected turn when I found myself “down-sized.” Instead of letting this setback define me, I decided to embrace freelancing in sound design. It was during this period that I discovered my passion for real estate while hunting for my first home with my amazing wife.

The real estate bug bit me hard, and I took it as a sign to pursue my newfound passion. Armed with grit and a hunger for knowledge, I embraced the challenge, passing both real estate exams on my first attempt. Now, I’m on a mission to help others find their dream homes in the vibrant landscape of Singapore real estate while still doing freelance sound design.

With sheer hard work, determination, and a dash of luck, I’m proud to share that my recent triumph was selling a condo for a whopping $3.15 million just last year. This was also a valuable experience in effective communication skills & sincere relationship building.
From Gaming to Sound Design
As if my life couldn’t get any more exciting, I’m now set to embark on a thrilling new journey. Inspired by my love for gaming and my background in sound design, I’m on a mission to bring the magic of game audio to life. My journey began with games like Battlefield, which ignited my passion for the synergy between gaming and sound design. Even in my youth, I dabbled in video game testing, and it’s high time I took that passion to the next level.
